How to Make the World's Best Korean BBQ

Learn how to prepare one of the most delicious marinades for the #1 Korean BBQ dish, bulgogi, the umami laden condiment, ssamjang (soy bean paste with sesame and chili paste), and some assorted fresh vegetable side dishes to create your own Korean feast. We will finish up the class with our delicious marinated proteins, lettuce wraps and side dishes.

Cook Like a Pro: Fish Cookery

Chef Clara Park will teach you how to portion out and prepare beautiful fish filets, pan sear fish perfectly and make the perfect accompaniment: beurre blanc. Fish cookery doesn't have to be scary, students in this class will learn the techniques and skills to make restaurant quality fish dishes in their own kitchen.

A Korean American's journey for the perfect sauce. No one would expect the daughter of Korean immigrants to land a line of Indian sauces at Costco but she did! Join Chef Clara Park as she teaches you about her favorite Indian dishes and how she became the creator of a wildly popular tikka masala sauce at one of the top retailers in the country. Expect aloo papri chaat, onion naan, some vindaloo and of course chicken tikka masala. Come hungry! This will be a feast for the senses and palate.
