This hands-on cooking class is for those who are already comfortable with basic knife cuts and technique. Chef Clara Park will lead the class in advanced knife cuts like julienne, ultra julienne, brunoise and supreme-ing citrus. The class will features numerous demos and practice exercises with carrots, daikon, cucumber, onions and citrus fruits.
