Chef Park will create a delicious and dazzling seven course menu featuring a colorful array of produce, ingredients and techniques. Scientists, nutritionists and doctors agree that eating a wider variety of foods and incorporating more biodiversity is the best way to build up gut health, eat healthier and get the most amount of nutrients. Tomatoes for lycopene, carrots for beta carotene, nuts for omega acids, and green leafy vegetables for so much more. Eating healthier doesn’t have to be a punishment.
