Join Chef Clara Park of eat cetera philly to learn the basics of making pasta. From dough to shaping, rolling and cooking, this class will cover the fundamentals of all things pasta. Chef Park will teach you the difference in flours, how the dough speaks to you and why the shape of pasta makes a difference in how the dish tastes and comes out. Students will learn how to make pasta dough, shape gnocchi and garganelli and cook a simple tomato rosemary sauce and basil pesto. Get tickets HERE.
