It’s been almost 3 years since I did the first “Story of My Life” dinner and this one promises to be even better! The seven course dinner will take you through my childhood, career and adult life but not necessarily in that order. I know that the ramps I foraged in April will show up in the pasta course as ramp ricotta gnudi and that the dessert course will be strawberry gochugaru hand pies as I was fortunate enough to pick strawberries as a child in south Jersey and as a chef in France.
